Sui “CERT e le reti di cooperazione internazionale” il X Plenary Meeting dell’EECTF – Roma, 23 aprile 2013- Sede centrale Poste Italiane

CERTs and International Cooperation Networks, with reference to both prevention and contrast of emerging threats and electronic crimes, it will focus the tenth Plenary Meeting of the European Electronic Crime Task Force (EECTF) which will be held in Rome on April 23rd 2013, at Poste Italiane headquarters.
The specific objectives of the presentations will be to underscore the importance of building a united front to combat cyber-crime, which undoubtedly enhances the effectiveness of security operational units and improves information sharing initiatives. The European Commission has placed increased emphasis on CERTs, as they are regarded as a strong building block to achieve the targets of the EU cyber security strategy.The overall goal of this meeting is to share helpful views on these issues, foster collaboration, promote new forms of communication, and generally enhance mutual trust and awareness among all stakeholders within the European cyber-crime community.

Agenda EECTF

The EECTF, created in 2009 by Poste Italiane, the United States Secret Service, and the Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni, is an ever-expanding network of public institutions, law enforcement agencies, research facilities, and private-sector companies, which aims to build an alliance to share strategic and operational information on electronic crimes, develop subject matter experts, and foster an environment of enhanced cooperation in Europe.
